About the filter maintenance, if you find that the water does not pass through the filter. It could be due to two situation.. If the water you use has a lot of limestone, it can plug the filter hole. You can solve it by washing them with lemon juice or vinegar or water+citric acid.. We usually leave the filters to soak in vinegar for a couple of hours once a month. It could be also important to dry the filters with absorbent paper at each washing so that the limescale doesn't settle when the water evaporates.
Another cause is the fatty oil of coffee. Some people soak filters only with water but in this way they don't remove the grease. That in the long run makes the filters waterproof, and the water accumulates on the top...
So before to evaluate to change the filters we always suggest to soak them with vinegar for a couple of hours and then to try a brewing.
We always suggest to take these special filters by soaking them after every use and dry them immediately afterwards. Once a month, if your water is calcareous, you can put them in vinegar for a couple of hours. We know it may sound boring 😉 but they are small gestures that allow you to keep BRRREWER in excellent shape, avoiding the use of paper filters.

We are finally on the last stretch of this campaign and although we had a little bit of a delay with one of our components, everything is ready to be packed and shipped.
Shipments for all the remaining pledge levels will start next Monday and will start going in batches every day until we are finished with all of them.
